- EDI . We have adopted the industry-wide standards for electronic data interchange (EDI) and have developed systems that allow for any-to-any systems integration.
- Document Management . We provide our customers with a number of document services including access to our bills of lading, shippers export declaration, NAFTA certificate of origin, etc. that are all available on our website. GTLI's approach to document management ensures that customers have access to key documentation when they need it.
- Tracking services . Our customers have the ability to track shipments and retrieve all related paperwork, including proofs-of-delivery for all types of shipments, directly from our web site.
- Customized Reporting . We have developed an information system that can provide a wide variety of reports in a variety of formats, including EDI and Excel, that can be customized to suit the needs of our customers
